ITK Image Size

Finally, we can do something meaningful with the data, e.g. get the image size.

// get image size
Image3DType::Pointer image = reader->GetOutput();
Image3DType::RegionType region = image->GetLargestPossibleRegion();
Image3DType::SizeType size = region.GetSize();

// print image size
std::cout << "size=" << size << std::endl;
